Europese wijnen uit Amsterdam-Noord
Samen met onze buren Karakter Wijnimport uit Amsterdam Noord, selecteren wij vier keer per jaar passende wijnen op basis van ons seizoensmenu. Het grootste gedeelte van onze wijnen wordt biologisch gemaakt. Toch dragen ze niet allemaal de biologische skal certificering. Dit kan een keuze zijn van de wijnboer of omdat het wijnhuis in conversie is. Als een wijnboer het keurmerk heeft aangevraagd wordt deze pas na drie jaar controle verstrekt. Het biologische keurmerk mag je immers niet zomaar dragen.
European wines from Amsterdam-North
Together with our neigbours Karakter Wijnimport from Amsterdam Noord, we carefully select wines based on our seasonal menu. The majority of our wines are made organically. Yet they do not all carry the organic skal certification. This can be a choice of the winegrower or because the winery is in conversion. If a winegrower has applied for the quality mark, it will be issued after three years of inspection. After all, you cannot simply wear the organic quality mark.
