Pllek is much more than a restaurant/café. It is one of Amsterdam’s most versatile locations. Pllek has personality. Pllek is open-minded, free-spirited, creative, cultural, surprising and welcoming. And so are you.

We love vegetables. And we also love animals, people and the environment. Therefore we choose wherever possible to work with organic products. Every season we serve a new menu and therefore we work with locally sourced seasonal products. Our menu is 75% vegetarian of which 25% vegan. With our menu we aim to make the carnivores curious about all the great alternatives the vegetarian cuisine has to offer and seduce them to eat less meat. And they know it: Het Parool rated us with an 8. And in February 2019 we received the Falco Eleanorae Award 2018 – award for hospitality location that excels in terms of sustainability.

Job requirements

• You have relevant kitchen experience
• Perform well under pressure
• You follow the rules of the HACCP.
