SELFCARE WOMEN’S CIRCLE
The Selfcare Women’s Circle is more than a gathering — it’s a combination of meditation, self-defence, journaling, and sharing experiences with other women in a safe space. Research has shown that stress can stay in the body.
The most fun way to release that stress is by punching it all away and afterwards soothe your mind with a meditation. You’ll experience physical & emotional embodiment to free your body and mental activation to calm your mind. The Selfcare Women’s Circle will give you a confidence boost and bring you closer to yourself!
Ayesha Noelle has been the host of the Selfcare Women’s Circle since 2022. She is an Applied Psychologist who firmly believes that we all need to be supported, seen and heard. And sometimes we need to have a space to just scream our frustration out of our body. After feeling lost and craving a way to get her confidence back, she started doing self-defence. Self-defence helped her find a way back to feeling good in her body. Reflection and meditation became her tools to understand herself better and let go of any negative thoughts. Today she’s sharing these tools with women, so they can experience this too.
