Therefor, on our menu you’ll see that vegetables are our main focus and we barely serve any meat or fish. We try our hardest to contribute better lives without compromising on taste and quality. Most of our plants and vegetables we grow ourselves, right here in Amsterdam. The meat and fish we do serve, come from the wild and out of our own North sea.
Everything sourced as locally as possible. That’s our motto. We select our suppliers based on their stories, so that our entire food and drink chain contributes to a better world and leave a minimal footprint.
