The Aartsen family consists of Nita (keys and vocals), Alexander (vocals), Brandon (bass) and Michiel (guitar). They have a special guest with them on their tour: Rega Dauna (harmonica) from Jakarta! Together with Dutch drummer and percussionist Olaf Keus they played at different international music events. Today they’ll take you on a musical journey from Indonesia till Hollywood.

Nita Aartsen is a renowned jazz pianist from Indonesië. She was awarded AMI’s ‘Best Female Jazz Artist’ and played all over the world with known musicians in the jazz scene.

Brandon & Michael have won multiple international music competitions and played at prestigious festivals.

Alexander (crooner) brings back memories of jazz crooners like Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Tony Bennet. Together with Nita he sings duets by Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald.

Rega Dauna is a harmonica protegée from Indonesia. He played at jazz festivals all over the world with Incognito (Java Jazz Festival Jakarta, Blue Note Japan and more)

Olaf Keus is a Dutch drummer and percussionist with an international reputation and more than 40 years of experience in de music scene. For the past five years, he collaborated with Nita Aartsen and together they discovered a unique musical combination. Olaf is also skilled in body percussion!
