Ruige Rakkers | kids yoga

Deze zondag staat Ruige Rakkers in het teken van yoga voor kids! Maak op een speelse manier kennis met verschillende oefeningen om balans, flexibiliteit en kracht te verbeteren. 
Toegang is gratis en er is tussen 13:00 en 16:00 uur vrije inloop!

Let op: de les wordt in het Engels gegeven.

Yoga improves balance, strength and endurance in children. A growing body of research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behaviour.

Yoga for children involves gentle Yoga stretches and movements, often mimicking animals, and incorporated with games. Introducing yoga to your children helps establish healthy habits at an early age. Yoga can enhance your child’s strength, coordination and flexibility, while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. It can reduce your child’s anxiety and stress and promote a sense of calmness.

Let’s move and breath, mimicking creatures of Mother Earth and playfully connect with each other.
